Metoclopramide Tablets, 28 Tablets

Introducing Metoclopramide Tablets, a highly effective medication designed to alleviate and prevent the distressing symptoms of nausea and vomiting. These tablets contain the active ingredient Metoclopramide Hydrochloride BP, which falls under the category of antiemetics – a group of medicines known for their anti-nausea properties.

Metoclopramide Tablets target a specific region of the brain that controls the sensation of nausea and the act of vomiting. By acting on this part of the brain, it effectively prevents individuals from experiencing discomfort associated with these symptoms.

For the adult population, Metoclopramide Tablets serve various purposes. They are commonly used to prevent delayed nausea and vomiting that may occur after undergoing chemotherapy. Additionally, these tablets prove instrumental in curbing nausea and vomiting induced by radiotherapy. Moreover, Metoclopramide Tablets have been proven effective in treating nausea and vomiting, including those experienced during migraines. In cases of migraines, these tablets can be taken alongside oral painkillers to enhance the pain relief effect.

It is extensively utilized in veterinary medicine to stimulate stomach and upper small intestinal movement in dogs, cats, and small mammals, effectively preventing esophageal reflux. This condition occurs when stomach acid flows back into the throat and esophagus, causing discomfort and potential damage.

Metoclopramide Tablets are available in two convenient strengths to cater to individual needs: Metoclopramide 10mg Tablets and Metoclopramide 5mg Tablets. This allows for flexibility in dosage, ensuring the most suitable and effective treatment for each patient.
